FAQ:
Q: How do I know if my electric car is a 36volt or 48volt system?
A:  It depends on the brand of the golf car.  The easiest way to determine the voltage is to count the number of caps or fill holes on top of the batteries.  Each fill hole is equal to approximately  2 volts.  If you have three fill holes on a single battery and six batteries in the cart, it's a 36v system. Four fill holes, six batteries, it's a 48v system.  Six fill holes, four batteries, also a 48v system.

Q:  I need a weather enclosure and windshield, are they all the same?
A:  No, they are not the same.  Windshields and weather enclosures are manufacturer and year model specific.

Q:  How do I know what year model my car is?  They all look similar.
A:  Find the serial number, give us a call or email.  We'll help you locate it.

Q:When I have one bad battery, should I replace that one or all of them?
A: You should always replace the whole set. The battery pack will equalize,  possibly reducing the life span of the new battery.

Q: Should I keep my charger  (electric cart) plugged into a surge protector?
A: YES, always. In your cart shed or at home. The charger can short out if hit by a power surge.
